What you're buying
Envision Resume is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Depending on your tier, you receive an AI-generated video introduction (your animated headshot and synthesized voice on Tier 1, or a preset AI presenter on Tier 2), an ATS-optimized resume PDF, and a hosted page with your video that stays live for 90 days. Files you download are yours to keep forever.
Your promises to us
- The resume you upload is truthful and yours.
- The photo and voice you upload are your own (or you have the person's explicit permission). Uploading someone else's face or voice is prohibited.
- You won't use the service to impersonate anyone or to create misleading content.
Our promises to you
- Your video and resume contain only claims from the resume you provided — we polish wording, we never invent facts.
- Your photo and voice are used solely to create your order (see the Privacy Policy).
- Delivery normally completes within 24 hours; if generation fails, we tell you and make it right.
Refunds & re-generation
Not happy with your video? Within 7 days of delivery, contact us and we'll either re-generate it or refund your purchase — your choice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
The honest fine print
- AI-generated video varies between renders; we quality-check output but small artifacts can occur.
- We optimize resumes for applicant tracking systems, but no one can guarantee interviews or job offers — anyone who does is lying to you.
- Hosted pages are automatically removed 90 days after delivery.
- We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
