Envision Resume turns your resume into a video introduction, an ATS-optimized resume, and a hosted page. Doing that requires personal data, so here is exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and when it goes away — in plain English.

What we collect

• Your resume — the file you upload, and the structured version we parse from it.
• Your photo (Tier 1) — the headshot you upload.
• Your voice sample (Tier 1) — the ~30-second recording or file you provide.
• Your name and email — to deliver your order and send you your links.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.

What we do with it

One thing: create your order. Your resume is parsed and rewritten for ATS clarity, your photo is animated into your presenter, and your voice sample is used to synthesize the narration of your own video. That's it.

• We never invent facts — your resume and video only contain claims from the resume you gave us.
• We never use your face or voice to train AI models.
• We never reuse your photo or voice for any other customer or purpose.
• We never sell your data. No advertising, no data brokers.

Who processes it for us

We use a small set of service providers to generate and deliver your order: Stripe (payments), Google Gemini (resume parsing and writing), HeyGen (video generation), Fish Audio (voice synthesis, Tier 1), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Supabase (order records), and Resend (delivery emails). Each receives only what it needs to do its job for your order.

How long we keep it

Your uploads, generated files, and hosted page are automatically deleted 90 days after delivery. Your hosted link stays live for those 90 days so you can share it; download and keep your video and resume files forever. If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we'll remove it.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the data connected to your order.
• Ask us to delete your order data at any time.
• Not happy with your video? Within 7 days we'll re-generate it or refund you — see the Terms.
